Find out the status of your order in teen-z
You can find out the status of your order by going to the Russian Post website and entering the order number and also contacting us teenz.seller@gmail.com

Reschedule delivery date
To reschedule the delivery date of your order to a more convenient time for you, you can write to us at teenz.seller@gmail.com or use the feedback form in the contacts section.
Before delivery of your order, you will be contacted to agree on the exact delivery time.

Cancel the order
You can cancel your order at any time.
When confirming by phone, just tell the operator about your desire, the order will be cancelled.
If the order has already been confirmed, write about your refusal to us at teenz.seller@gmail.com or use the feedback form in the contacts section.

Order restoration
A canceled order cannot be restored.
If all the goods you need are in stock, you need to place a new order.

Editing an order
A placed order can be edited only if it has not yet been confirmed by the operator.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made and a new order must be placed for additional items.
