Return times:
You can return a product of proper quality within 2 days, not counting the day you received the order, if the product does not fit in size, style, dimensions, shape, color or configuration.
Which goods can be returned:
You can return a product that has retained its consumer properties and presentation. It must show no signs of use or wear and must have original and undamaged packaging (including intact manufacturing mica) and tags.

Return methods:
You can only return goods through Russian Post.
How to fill out a return application:
To process a return, you must fill out a return application. This can be done in two ways:

What needs to be included with the item for return:
Regardless of the chosen return method, the product must be accompanied by a return application and a receipt*.
Deadlines for crediting funds:
We return money within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the seller with an attached return application (Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and Explanations of Rospotrebnadzor dated April 27, 2017). We will notify you of the receipt of goods at the seller’s address and the transfer of funds to your address via SMS. Why do you need a receipt for a return*:
You have the right to issue a return without a sales receipt. However, we reserve the right to request additional confirmation that the product was purchased from Teen-z, and also refuse a refund if confirmation is not provided.

Carrying out a return:
Refunds to the Buyer upon return of goods/refusal of services are provided by the Bank (in accordance with the Rules of Payment Systems). The refund is made to the card issuer, non-cash, using the details of the card used for the original transaction.
The above actions are carried out by the Bank on the basis of information on operations for returning goods/refusal of services available in the Information Systems of the Bank and the PC.
The procedure for the card issuer to transfer funds to the cardholder is determined by the issuer’s internal rules and/or an agreement between the issuer and the cardholder.
